Failure to keep scheduled appointment

I planned a HVAC repair visit for tomorrow, Thursday, June 1st. I obtained a verification of visit contact the center of the morning, Thursday, May 31. At 8:00 pm Wednesday night, I obtained a registered communication telling me that I'd to reschedule the visit. Upon calling their middle, I had been ultimately instructed anything occurred towards the technician and that I needed to reschedule for next available visit, which may be Thursday per week.

May stay with nearby known businesses moving forward as this really is undesirable, and that I did not speak with anybody close enough in my experience like a client to supply a reasonable solution. I'd planned each day down and established it after getting my verification from Sears today.
