Placed an order for 544 growler bottles first of Dec. 2011. Marc anthony told us the bottles would be ready within 2 weeks. We put a deposit down. 3 weeks later bottles were ready for delivery, balance was paid. It is now February 23 and still no bottles and no call back. I have called and just asked for a date when bottles will be here! He will not call or email back. Today I spoke with the BBB of Oregon and was told I am the 8th filing in 2 years. I was refered to bottless by the kinnek team. They have been no help at all. I placed an order 2 weeks ago with another bottle company and have already recieved my order. Marc I just want my bottles and a little communication please.
