Pacific Exchange Group 3 Months of Lies, Thousands of dollars lost and no machine or resolve!

On December 18 I won a EBAY auction from Recovery Seeker for the amount of $2500. When I contacted the seller to make arrangements to pick up my machine, I was told that they would have to make arrangements with the CO-OP that they were selling the machine for. From Dec - Feb we were in contact with the seller VIA email and telephone dozens of times trying to schedule the pickup of our machine.
The excuses I got were:
1. We needed permission to get on site and that they were working on it.
2. They could not get in contact with the point person at the CO-OP facility and they she would not return any of their calls or emails. Although after I found out that they sold the machine I owned 3 months after paying for it, I was able to make contact with the CO-OP point person the 1st time I called.
