Took my deposit, failed to show up

I reserved Adam Garland to movie my kids Bat Mitzvah. A once in a function. I invested annually planning, 200 visitors and invested large sums of $ effort and time to create this big day a one. I employed Garland Shows (Adam) to movie my occasion. I paid $300 deposit (that was banked immediately) and closed the agreement. May 28th arrived, but Adam never did appear. He was designed to have two videographers there to movie the whole function. Today, it's around, I've SIMPLY NO video and nothing to exhibit for this

I'd to contact them-and request where the heck were they? I acquired a call-back from Adams spouse who seemed sleepy, like she just woke up. After I questioned her why they didn't appear her first response was to wait on me stating I never submitted my next cost. I informed her several venders I'd employed simply gathered their next cost once they turned up OR they named to I would like to understand to deliver it in (there are lots of individuals employed during this period. I've never had one simply not appear since I did not contact them following a closed agreement having a deposit had been in position. Then she merely replied. "oh well, simply slipped the ball. Sorry". SORRY? She did not seem "sorry" what did she care? At-best she said she might return my deposit. This isn't a trustworthy or professional work business, I'd NEVER suggest anybody employ both of these who declare to operate a "skilled" business. It's a spouse/partner group who do not appear to worry about destroying a once in a function.

Today I'll notice when they actually bother to deliver back my deposit.
