Worst water we have ever seen

We shifted into our neighborhood in March and rapidly observed how TERRIBLE the water has gone out here. The water listed here is horrible to consume, whenever you have a bath, it leaves a movie in your hair, I've to wash our glass shower doors atleast 2 times per week because of terrible soap scum. I should ad that, Windex alone won't remove the soap scum stains. I first need to make use of a hard-water soap scum solution, then windex twice, also it ultimately comes clean. I need to do this like I stated, atleast 2 times a week. When we water our lawn, also it gets on our automobiles, it leaves exactly the same stains. When I clear it down, it is like mud particles.
