Will not give an estimate over the phone. You need to pay a $71 trip fee to have somebody come out, spend 1 minute with you, and give you an estimate. At that point the estimate for something that eventually took 30 minutes of work
was $350. When I ask why they are charging $600 an hour for their work they state that it isn't a "per hour" charge rather task based fees.in that case, when I call for a very specific task I should be given an estimate over the phone instead of sucked into a racket. After spending 3 hours at home and paying $71 for a trip fee you're pretty much pot committed. Stay away from this racketeering place unless your cool with outrageous service fees. Work is quality and person who showed up was very professional just upset at their method of charging...
