I was really excited to find a specific Scala dress that I have been looking for on http://missesdressy.com, it said the dress was available for my wear date on 1/29 and woudl be shipped out right away. I selected the $40 overnight shipping just to ensure I would get the dress in time for my event. Right after I placed the order I recieved 2 order confirmations and 2 pending charges on my bank account, so I contacted them immidiately to remove one of the orders and asked to confirm that the dress will arrive in time.

It took about 45 minutes on their live chat to get me the information and the agent told me that the dress is out of stock and it will take 4-6 weeks for delivery, I asked to cancel my order and the agent said she will "contact the shipping department and see if there is anyway they can get it to me by 1/29, however if they cannot get it to me by the specified wear date the order will be cancelled." I never heard back from anyone in the company and 5 days later I found another dress and went to the event.

3 weeks later the dress and the credit card charge randomly show up, I contacted support again and they said they have no record of the order needing to be cancelled and I can return it but only for credit MINUS $40 for overnight shipping, I need to pay return shipping, and there will be another $40 fee to use the credit. So they sent me a dress 3 weeks after I needed it, refuse to take any blame, wasted 2 hours of my time on the phone and now I need to loose $100 to return a $200 dress - it would make sense if ti was $1000 dress but I need to loose 50% because their company has a lack of communication and system is not kept updated??
