Verizon residential service. Verizon representative failed to setup international calling plan

I am reporting the phone giant Verizon, in particular their residential service. Below is a copy and paste of a hard copy letter that I sent to Verizon. What gets even better after you read the letter bellow, is when I talked to a Verizon rep for the final time on the phone last night, he (Walter) said that according to the notes he was looking at, I originally refused international calling to the Philippines. Now I want you to think about this for a minute, if you are in the United States and you are calling about residential service, what would possess the phone rep to ask you if you would like to add the international package to call the Philippines out of the blue?
