I requested item out of this organization in June so when my occasion was approaching also it hadn't appeared however I named them to discover that which was occurring. They advised me the item wasn't accessible and that I didn't have time for you to subsitute the merchandise for this to reach over time for my occasion. I terminated the purchase, equally by telephone and by e-mail, and was guaranteed my charge card could be returned for that complete cost which was obtained at that time of purchasing. It's today 8 weeks later and after calling them more than 100 times I've not been released any kind of credit. They'll no further return my telephone communications or react to my emails. $1000.00 later with no responsibility!!!
