Never received giftcard for Borders book store

I purchased a $25 Barnes & Noble gift card for $15 and charged it to my credit card on 12/2. It was supposed to be a Christmas present (stocking stuffer) for my son's girlfriend. I was told that the voucher would be available on 12/12.

After that time I went to the website and requested that the card be sent to my physical address. It is now 2/16 and I have never received the gift card. This gives other legit sites like Groupon or Eversave a bad name.
