BLM Merchantile GIfts Through Yahoo Store Order System did not deliver order, would not respond to phone calls or emails

I placed an order with BLM in December. They sent three email messages telling me to expect delivery. No delivery ever.

Called and emailed numerous times with no response. The self described customer guarantee on the site last thirty days. Very convenient for stringing customers along unti the time is up and they never receive their promised order.

Be smarter than I and do not order from blm merchantile.
