Ripoff, cancelled their service after having it only 2 days and they continue to send me a bill

Sprint contacted me when I was trying to settle a problem with my internet service, telling me the service would be free for 1 month. After 2 days I decided I did not even want this serice and called and cancelled it on around 1/19/04.
After numerous phone calls to them and sending a line loss report like they told me to do, they still continue to charge me for a service I don't even have. After 3 or 4 months of bills and talking to them I sent them $48.04.
I recieved a bill last month for $96.80 and called them again to tell them that I did not have there service since January 19th. I spoke to a Bobbie the 1st time, a Kyona the 2nd time, a Tomacka the 3rd time, a Yvonne Z. Who told me to send a line loss report, which I did on 3/29/04.
I sent a copy of my bill from Verizon showing the date that I restarted with them. Verizon is the company that I had before Sprint tried to change me over, and Verizon is the company I currently have.
I talked to a Rachel on April the 2nd, to see if my fax went through and it must have because there weren't anymore problems for a few more weeks. The last person I spoke to on May 26th told me that I shouldn't even have any bills and that if anything Sprint should reimburse me for the $48.04 that I sent them.
I'm sorry but I can't seem to find her name that I talked to. I had it written down, but I have so many papers from information from this company). This lady said she would call back on June 2nd, but they never did. Then today I got another bill for $96.80 which I should not owe since I do not have their service. I feel that they should reimburse me at least $38.00 and I would like them to stop sending me bills.
I would not ever recommend their company to anyone!
