Time wasted & still no discount

Callander Products articles their hours 7 am to 7 pm Friday. Through Sat. I visited get dry-cleaning & these were shut at4 pm on the Thursday. There is no indication to describe shut because of crisis or whichever & if they might re-open & when. Because no info was handed I went next door to appear around & delivered half an hour later simply to discover the shop still shut. There is no phone number about the dry-cleaning slide & used to do not need a good phone and so I went home. I subsequently named another products & discovered the Pickerington Callander Solutionis quantity. The individual I talked with stated that the Pickerington Products have been shut since 3 pm & that somebody could be there around 5:30 pm. I named many times before ultimately achieving somebody at 5:45 pm. I subsequently went in the torrential rain (I perform 10 hours every single day) to get my drycleaning. I expected to get a discount but none was handed. I named & quit a note for Lynn D. Who's the supervisor & she never delivered my phone.
