Didn't honor groupon

Bought a $20 groupon for Martinizing Dry Cleaners @ 146th e in Carmel IN. After I visited get my garments, they explained the groupon needed bill offered after I slipped them down. They stated an 8x10 sign up the table declaring this. I actually donot think this indication was there after I slipped off the garments since had I observed it I'd show the groupon for them. Aside from this indication, the groupon does not express present whenever you fall off apparel, but instead ambiguously states "existing groupon upon arrival". I've usually employed groupons after I purchase anything and all of US understand you purchase dry-cleaning whenever you choose it-up. The associate supervisor essentially stated there is nothing they might achieve this I requested for that supervisor who came soon after myinitial trade using the assistant mgr. She also stated there is nothing they might achieve this I requested for that operator. She named the dog owner who finished the poor customer support trifecta by stating they might/might do nothing. I told them I'd not have the ability to make use of the groupon another period since I had been shifting to COMPANY but this dropped on deaf ears. Therefore today I am out $10 for that groupon $22 for that drycleaning. I approached groupon to beg my situation so we will have when they understand how to handle a great client unlike Martinizing Dry Products on 146th in Carmel.
