Nothing for my money except mobile bank statement

I used my debit card on 2 4 12 to buy minutes for my gophone. Punch into my account and follow the instructions and it went though perfectly. So I go to use the phone and nothing. So I think maybe some thing is wrong so I look on my mobile banking and the charge is there and I look at my email but none was sent. So I know I been scammed but can't believe cuz its AT&T web site right. So I got to call every number possible until I speak to somebody and just when I think everything about to be ok. He transfers me to a recording that says this department is closed then hangs up in your face. Discouraged but still believing in AT&T I went back on the Internet and saw something saying debit cards take two business days to process. So I waited those business days and today is 2 8 12 and nothing
