Not user friendly website.

They sent email with 20% discount but when you placed the order, you can never find a place to fill the code for the discount. Wrote the email to them right away but only generate a number with no reply for 2 days. Called them up, they said order already sent out, nothing they can do, especially the items I ordered is no longer available.
