I placed an order online for a $99.50 jacket for a Christmas gift after I had seen an email that everything was 30 percent off. When I checked out the discount did not apply and their was no place for a promo code. When I called the 866 phone number on the email confirmation to ask about the discount David answered after I was on hold for 10 minutes. He acted like I was bothering him and was rude and condescending right off the bat, he even raised his voice and told me the email I received did not say what I was reading to him. There was some fine print that I did not see so the discount would not have applied but the treatment I received as a customer spending $100.00 dollars was unacceptable. There is no where online to file a complaint and it just seems that this company does not value it's customers at all.
