No Products / No Refund

I have bought many products from Deal Extreme and haven't received any of them. When I complained I just received an answer saying that they could not do anything as order is too late and also saying to contact them earlier next time. Sorry but there will be no next time as they do not even refund the items they don't deliver (I have paid for that, I have the right to receive it). They have no commitment and respect to the customer. It's unacceptable from any vendor to have such conduct. It's a lack of honesty and respect to the customer, it's definitely pitiful. I have the right to have a refund or to receive the items I purchased. That is another purchase from the same site that I haven't received yet and everytime I ask for it they just say "sorry it's late" due to the lunar year, due to anything else. And when some more time has passed they'll probably just say again it's late to do anything, pathetic. I demand an answer and a reasonable resolution.
