Ordered 4 magazines for my office. Haven't received a single one and it's been over a year now. Multiple complaints filled out on their website with the exact and specific info they ask for. No responses EVER. Obiviously too late to cancel the charge on the card so the only resolution now is to deliver the products/services paid for, or refund the money. Anything else would be unacceptable by ANY standards.
