Discount marble polishing deceptive estimating, disorganized, unreliable

I had discount marble polishing... Et al intercontinental come over and give an estimate for cleaning my marble and granite floors and counters. The estimate seemed fair for the job that they were to do. According to the owner, her men were professionals and would do a great job. Well, in 3 days, her two workers, worked a total of less than 16 hours. The job is not finished and yet they insisted on getting paid. My house is a disasters... Then counter in the kitchen took a total of 18 minutes to spray on stuff with a paper towel...$350... Bar top outside was washed 10 minutes... No grinding, buffing, or painting on of any special sealer. Nope! The counters in the 2 bathrooms... Not touched! There dirt and razors still sitting on the dirty counters. All the floors that were stripped have dull marks and spots they were missed by the machine. The scratches are still there... The workers say they can not be removed. I was promised by the owner they could... After the 3rd day, the owner decided to call me back and then made an appointment to come before the job was done so she could inspect... She was almost 4 hours late and I was going out. Still hasn't called me or gotten paid. The cracks inside were filled with some color that doesn't match the stone. Outside stone cracks were never filled. This company should NOT be in business. I got about 20% of the job.
