I received several quotes. Theirs was slightly more, but I selected them as they guaranteed it would be completed in 3 weeks from the start date. Three months later, I had to complete the job myself!

The owner will always tell you want you want to hear. He said one of his workers was an expert at stucco. The man he sent said he'd never done much before and did a very poor job.

I wanted one of the premium colors for the shower frame. The owner said it would cost an additional $800. I decided to get it anyway. I later found his receipt for the frame and the special color was only $200 more.

I complained about a loud clicking sound from the exhaust fan, which was keeping me awake on windy nights. They spent several hours and couldn't fix it. I had to fix it myself. They had to come back twice to fix the same leaky sink.

They sealed beautiful, expensive, tumbled marble tile on the floor and in my shower, without cleaning it first. It had a very dull, dusty look. They finally came back and stripped it, but then, unbelievably, someone else came and sealed it, without cleaning it first! After arguing with me, they came back and stripped it again (really toxic my house smelled for a week), under the condition that I would have to clean the tile myself and also seal it.

The owner would not return my calls promptly and refused to drive 7 minutes to my house, to see the poor quality. I specifically requested that he come out to see it for himself and he said he'd send someone else instead.

The new shower floor leaked from day one. It continually got worse, until I fixed it myself.

There are lots of area kitchen and bath contractors. Do yourself a favor and do not ever use Kitchen & Bath and be sure to tell your friends.
