Inc. Misrepresented marble. Botched and broken shipment. Lied about returning money

Karfen marble sent a sample of travertine marble (light ivory). The shipment of 950 sf of marble was improperly delivered without appropriate tailgate (I paid $300 extra for this service) resulting in massive breakage upon unloading.

The travertine delivered was a totally different color with mottled orange filling.

Over a three month period, e mails and phone calls were mostly ignored. Occasional responses from Salesman, Ilkay, Owner, Aytug, and Accountant Attila asured me that they would pick up the marble from my home and return my $4,900. They have done neither.

I do have a written e-mail from the owner stating my money would be refunded. I've yet to see one penny.
