Collapsible Wire Cages Ordered and Paid for a Cage - waited MONTHS, Received EMPTY PROMISES and NEVER RECEIVED MERCHANDISE

On March 22 I ordered one 22 x 22 x 72 Kitten Cage, #272 from Collapsible Wire Products LLC. I placed my order over the telephone (262) 781-6125 with Kirsten Gemoll. She said I could make payment through Paypal and I asked her to send me an invoice.

She sent me an invoice (#375) and I made payment the same day on March 22.in the description field I requested that she process the order as quickly as possible, as I was having my first litter of kittens and would be using this cage as a containment for the mother, her birthing bed and the newborns.

Approximately two weeks after my payment was made, I telephoned her to inquire about the status of my cage order. She said they were very busy, but not to worry that it would be shipped out shortly.

Two weeks after that tephone conversation, I made another call to inquire about the status of my cage and she said that they were busy processing larger orders, and that setting up to make a single cage takes time and they would get around to it as soon as they could.

My kittens were born in a make-shift set-up because I didn't receive the cage prior to their delivery.

I continued to telephone Kirsten Gemoll and continued to get excuses and assurances that my cage would be shipped soon.

After almost three and a half months of this treatment, her demeanor changed and she became more aggravated and less tolerant with my telephone inquires. At that time I decided to pursue help through PayPal. I filed a complaint and was told they would send her notice of my complaint, but unfortunately, after 90 days, PayPal would intervene and refund my money.

Ten months later I have still not received my cage or a refund from Collapsible Wire Products LLC.

I urge you to NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I have never had a more unprofessional experience or felt so scammed by any online business.
