Lies, Excuses, and more lies. Rip-off!

Where did this company go? I ordered from them in Sept. Of and for a year, things were going okay—I got most of my magazines. On June 19th, I decided to switch some of my magazine titles (one of the many touted benefits).

Well, I never got those two titles. Then, one of my weeklies stopped coming I called and told they'd switched clearing houses, and it would resume soon. The last contact I had with anyone at USA Magazine Exchange was with Kim on January 16th. I was told my mags would start being delivered in 60-90 days. Now, not only have they not come, but other titles I was getting have STOPPED! And, the 1-800 number I'm calling is busy all the time. What is going on?!?
