Ripoff dishonest billing

I got a call from National Magazine Exchange and they were trying to get me to buy some magazines, and I (very foolishly) agreed.
I have only received maybe a third of the magazines that I ordered. I ordered 4 magazines with the understanding that if I did not like them I could switch, and when I got them I did not like three of them. However when I tried to switch I was told I could not switch.
And then my last month bill said I could pay the remaining balance of $70.00 and be done with the payments, so I got a $70.00 money order and paid it off. Now all of a sudden this month I got another bill for $49.22.
What can I do about this scam?
