Took my money and now avoids my phonecalls

I signed up with USA Magazine in December. I have paid a total of $698.88 ($58.24 a month for 12 months) for four year subscriptions to 5 magazines. Upon signing up, I was told that I could change the choice of magazines at any time.

In October of I contacted USA Magazine to make a change to my magazine choices and was told that it would take up to 90 days for the changes to take effect.

It is now March (5 months later) and I still have not received my new magazines. I have called them several times to discuss the matter and have only been able to leave messages.

Is there anything that can be done to cancel the remaining 3 years of my contract and get a refund?
