Apparel store that I accessed through Amazon

I ordered a corset to wear to a party from Opentip through Amazon.initially, I was told it would arrive in a week. Then it didn't, so I went looking for it through Amazon and was given a song and dance a about how they had backordered and they were getting the item, blah, blah, blah. Either way, I missed the party because I had nothing to wear to it because the corset, the main part of my costume did not arrive on time as promised.

Then when I do finally get it, it is too small. Apparently, their sizing is unique to their website because I am a size 6/8 and I ordered a medium. There was no size chart anywhere to check, but since I wear a medium everywhere else, I assumed Opentip would fall in line with that.

Then they wouldn't let me exchange it for the correct size. So, I spent $40 including $10 shipping on a product that came too late and was the wrong size. Now I can't exchange it because I may have worn it. Duh—it was too small, so I couldn't wear it and I missed the event I was going to wear it to anyway. Opentip is a ripoff.
