Did not respond to phone calls

When I had to move my mother to another state I called Keith to sell a dining room set and a matching server. He said I would get my money in less than a week. They did not send a check and did not respond to numerous phone calls. We finally had to get threatening. I eventually got a very small check and feel they were not honest and kept my money! Do not ever use them.
