(at Least That Is The Name They Gave Me) Harasses family and myself for service i never had

First of all... These idiots are jerks to the maximum. I found out these cowards were trying to get ahold of me through my family. They left threatening messages stating that "i was a person of interest" and to call back on the number given along with a case number. That if i did not respond quickly... Further action will be taken.

After getting numerous calls. I called back to find out who they were.in fact, it took 5 calls to find out who they were. They used much foul language when talking to me. When they finally put someone on that spoke clearly, they refused to say who they were collecting for. But, they said I am going to be arrested and taken to court for internet theft and fraud. Lol. I laughed. Because I know darn well I would have already been arrested for something like that. I also know, people don't call you about a case pending. They send you an affadavit in person. These people are frauds.

Someone did state the business name as Check Recovery Services. I dunno. I check online and see a few that might be their company. But way too fishy. Do not pay these scam artists. They trick you into paying. NEVER give out info over the phone. When I asked them to send me a letter proving my debt... They said they don't do that. That is another law broken. I told them I do not have any debts. All of them had been paid off. They refused to listen.

Once again, report these idiots and cowards to the FTC or your state AG. And get them in prison for fraud practices.
