Shipped to wrong address before xmas stated that credit would be issued for shipping and late delivery

Xmas gifts ordered over the net -1st week december-the shipping address reconfirmed dec 12 by letter
gifts sent in error to us Dec 22 called them - was told to reship them to california overnite they would credit
our card. Overnite ship costs too prohibitive-shipped ground - advised YE they said thank you would credit the freight on our card and an extra $ 50. For inconvenience - 2-3 weeks for credit to be entered on credit
card. Called, Jan 20th, Betty, a specialist, saw nothing entered on our account regarding the above @#$%&
