I closed a deal with Mr J. Ponticello after he showed me within their show-room some examples of "areas they created". I selected one in the ground after I had been informed they created "hundreds" of the type in my own region. He guaranteed to email me some titles and telephone # of clients that had exactly the same space constructed. He guaranteed to deliver this checklist in one or two times. Three times may be the period it's possible to stop a deal and obtain the deposit back.
