Offered $775 deposit for 2 new flat (leaky) homes on 11/12 and was informed function might begin in 2-3 months. After 3 months, approached organization and was informed function might begin in per week. Approached Hynes a 3rd period and was informed we were arising about the checklist "quickly." Meanwhile, leaks got worse. Lastly, approached the estimator and required our deposit be delivered so we're able to deal having a business who'd get the job done. Denver-operator, Michele Hynes approached me and mentioned she'd not do the job on our top which she wasn't required to come back our deposit — but she'd EASILY withdrew my grievances about her company. I'll not adhere to this ladyis extortion demand. I'm increasing issues about that organization in as numerous locations as you can and they'll not be rescinded. I'll need to resort to small-claims judge to obtain my deposit delivered — both an inconvenience and a cost that I anticipate Hynes is likely to be responsible for. Beware the corporation — they're not good, not reasonable, not ethical — that is my estimation and I am staying with it.
