Realty company is a complete scam

This so called company is by far the worse experience I have ever had. They're a so called realty company, currently one of their buildings is 8450 Austin St. Ny. Before you move into any building in NYC and NJ and this company is the realtor, walk away and stay away. They have absolutely no clue on how to deal with people and their tenants. They treat you as if your in the wrong and no matter what, you can never get a direct response. Either you have to call back when the building owner is in (which is never), mail and/or fax your question in (which does not generate any type of response). If you call to check for the fax and letter you mailed in, they say they never received it, nothing they can do about it.

Always they will actually hang up on you if you ask to speak with a manager or if you ask for details on your lease or security deposit. They also will not send you your security deposit back and if you call, they don't know where it is and they make up lies like, the building owner is on vacation, the agent is not here. So it basically boils down to taking them to small claims court with a big enough paper trail, which takes months. It's an outrage this piss poor group of so called "people" are allowed to continue this scam they're running.

Stay far away and worst case, file with BBB and take them to smalls claims court.

Someone needs to put this group out of business!
