Be very careful with this JayHerb Realty Corp Inc. It was used to be Morjay Realty Corp. Richard Nussbaum is a crook. He manages building in Sunnyside and Elmhurst and he stole money from them. He and his team didnt pay water bills, and other bills while let the debts piled up. What a shame. Richard still own many apartments units in the two building. He doesnt want to pay his unit maintenance while keeping the rents from the tenants. There was a lawsuit back in 2006 for his mismanagement.
