Ripoff allied forgery and phone harrassment, lieing, cheating and ruining peoples credit and livesand hanging up

March 24th Allied Interstate removed money from my bank account without my permission. After 3 months of them promising to return my money to my account I called the attorney general in Arkansas and she told me what to do. I went to the bank and money was returned. Attorny general filed charges with the state and the bank filed forgery charges against them. Two weeks later I finally recieved a partial check from allied.

I took it to the bank as the attorney general had told me to do since the bank was who had been out the money to put in my account. The next day they started calling and harrassing me for the money to pay off my bill. Told them as soon as I got paid and my account and bills were taken care of due to them taking money from my account I would pay them.

This week they started caloling and again we told them it would be taken care of in due time. Now they call twice a day and when you try to discuss the bill with them they hang up on you. We tried to talk to the supervisor by calling back and they would not let us and then started asking us 20 questions and then told us that we had given them a date in which we would pay. That we told them was untrue and then they hung up on us again. This company needs to be closed down by the federal goverment.

They are lieing, cheating and ruining peoples credit and lives.
