Red Mountain Maids
Owner misquoted rates, lied, swindled, cussed, yelled, insulted

I called a number from an ad for Red Mountain Maids in a local Gilbert advertisement. The owner called back and told me that he would send two girls and that it didn't cost any more. I restated this back to him. He confirmed $16/hour.
The girls arrived and did a great job cleaning. When it came time to apy I gave them $200 which included a decent tip for each of them. The main lady called me about 10 minutes after they left and asked me what th woner quoted me. I told her $16/hour. She said that'snot what he told her. She then got off the phone. I then got an angry, yelling phone call from the owner. He was cussing and screaming at me. Still calm, I said, "Let me tell you what happened, " as he made false claims of me yelling and refusing to pay, which I never did. He continued to yell and cuss at me. I infomed him I would not cheat Suzie, she did a good job. He continued to yell. I hung up.
I had to call Suzie back and arrange for her to pick up the remaining money the next day. She said she quit as he misinforms customers and she's sick of him. She apologized. He called me another 4 times before I picked up, informed him that I arranged with Suzie to get the money tomorrow, cussed back at him, and hung up.
He is a liar and swindler. He was so smootht he first conversation while booking the appointment. Then, he changed rates and was an angry, cussing jerk on the phone. Stay away!
