IPhone Hotline App Review: Handle Briefcase Broken - Leather Briefcase

I purchased a beautiful Frateli Rossetti briefcase in florence Italy, its beautiful, very soft skin and simple design. I had many compliments when carrying that. I did not use it day to day because i love it and wanted to keep it always in good shape.
This afternoon, while i was carrying it broke and fell to the floor with my laptop in it.
Apparently the handle was not made from a solid leather, its only been sew and glued in the middle which from time will get losen and torn.

It really not the quality i was expected with the price i had to pay when i purchased it..

Quite an embarassing moment as i was walking with customers to a meeting..
I dont know if there is a care shop here in Singapore to fix it?
