I'm sorry I didn't know of your site in February as I too was a victim of this company then and could have maybe prevented others from enduring what I too endured in 2011. To the letter, what happened to others also happened to me!

1. I was... Given a quote that wasn't honored and was charged almost 3x more than quoted;
2. Had movers show up hours later than scheduled;
3. Had items broken/damaged;
4. Had damage to the walls of the apt. I moved to;
5. Was treated rudely by the owner over the phone;
6. Had tired movers who took frequent breaks; and in my case...
7. The move was not completed in one day. I had to hire a second company to complete the task the next day. I had 2 bedrooms, no appliances, everything neatly and precisely packed. Finally,
8. Shrink wrap was removed and bedroom furniture, costing thousands, was subsequently damaged as a result. Drawers were removed from bureaus/dressers for the crew was too tired to move the items... Although I was told that I could leave the drawers packed. They dropped my furniture and badly scratched several pieces.

I'm so glad to see that this company is no longer in business. However, given all of its incarnations... It would be great if whatever agency is responsible for licenses of this type would conduct thorough due diligence so that Ms. Dennis and her cronies are never allowed to open a moving service again.
