Sky Bay Driving School They dont pay their workers, and dont pay employee taxes

When I started with this company they led me to believe that they were a stable trucking company. They paid my first check on time on the first Friday and I didnt have to ask for it. The following Friday I had to demand that they cut the check. After that I knew I was going to have problems. The Thursday after I called the office and made sure they were sending it in the mail. They said they were. Well, that was a lie they havent paid me and even the checks that I got they didnt withhold any taxes.

That means they were treating me like a contractor and I wasnt a contractor. I spoke to other drivers and the owner owed money to them too. One driver I met was suing hime I found the information online thats how I knew he was going to court for it. I filed my lawsuit the same day. So now I'm currently waiting for my day in court, next month.
