Manager: Elisheba Rillieux Applied to said company. Upon giving the manager my application she said "We are only hiring women"

Title VII prohibits employers from discriminating in employment decisions based on gender, race, national origin, religion or age.

Many states make it illegal to discriminate based on sexual orientation or transgender status. That means that what she did was actually illegal.in my opinion she should fined and terminated.
