Business Diversity Pages Allegedly Discriminate Against White Males

As admitted on its website (business and "diversity" links)! And I thought discrimination based on Race and Gender was illegal.
Wells Fargo openly and freely discriminates based on Race and Gender, but just against the White Male! That is evidently legal.
