This "owner", Bill Fehr (actually in his self acclaimed ex-wifes name), has ripped off many people around the San Francisco Bay Area, and currently has a court ordered labor board awarded payment to be made to someone else who he ripped off.

It took this guy over 2 years to get paid. The guy's motto is, "Charge em' a little more", no joke. With a George W. Bush smiling little weasel look on his face. Watch out for this guy, he is willing to take advantage of anyone and burn every bridge along the way. Pure Douchebag...
