Ripoff Dishonest Poor Quality swimming pool poor concrete finish work crooked diving board crooked ladde

We hired Nate Brickner DBA, Superior Pools to install a 16'6"x32'6" inground swimming pool. To be included in this pool installation was concrete, walk in steps, basic equipment, diving board and ladder.

Concrete finish work is extremely poor. We have many cracks, broken corners, discoloration, crooked seams, uneven and unlevel areas.

Diving board base mount was installed crooked and ladder sleaves were installed crooked.

We also agreed to have the concrete stained with a decorative concrete stain to attempt to hide the discoloration of our concrete.instead our concrete was painted. Yes paint, not stain.

All of this could have been corrected. Nate Brickner agreed to having the concrete resurfaced and also agreed to fix the problems with the ladder and diving board.

He ended up sending out another employee to attempt to correct the problems. The attempt was a poor one. They ended up doing more damage than good. Now we have ladder mount points that are very bad looking. Also, they ruined the diving board mount. The threaded rods where the base is mounted to are in no shape to accept a nut. They are either bent to badly or cut off too short.

Also, the base itself has been ruined in an effort to straighten it.

He has refused to correct these problems and has done nothing to resurface our concrete or replace it.
