Ripoff-dishonest company to work for they help put agents out of business

I am an agent for t-mobile and have been involved with tmobile-voicestream and before them it was powertel for 6 years now, and since tmobile took over about 3 years ago they have continued to push us further out the door by their cheating us keeping us from being able to order merchandise for our store not sending our commission checks when they were suppose to lieing to us about different changes that they were making only to find out the hard way they told us wrong.

They have caused us to lose customers by doing underhanded deals that we were not included in giving phones away at the retail store and charging us full price for them and knowing if we gave them away also we would not make a dime on the sale, adverting free activation fees and knowing we could not offer the same thing.

When customers go to our local retail store down the road with a problem they send them to us a privately owned store just because they are to stupid or to lazy to find out what their problem consist of. So we are good enough to handle their problems but not good enough to activate phones and get the same deals that they give themselves.

Keeping us from getting phones for months at a time and us having to say we do not have any phones, caused our customers to go other places therefore losing us business after business and they knew it was going on because i hounded them every day about it. They would keep us from ordering phones by saying we owed lots of money for past invoices but actually we were on cod and we paid for everything when it came in thats the way i wanted it so they could not say we owed anything but it did not stop them from accusing us of owing for things we had already paid for.
