I joyce chandler obtained a notice in the illinois tollway declaring i owe $3,800.00 for declining to pay for cost charge dating back to to 11/09 as much as 10/10. The consultant explained they've the right to hold back as much as 24 months to inform the person. I am just one parent and grandma attempting to operate a home. I am never ignored to pay for any tollway costs and informed them-it should have been my child whonot have employment. It is impossibe for me personally in the future up with that may of cash by 12/1/10 and if not paid by that day the penalties is likely to be risen to $7,000.00. These were ready to lessen 1,500.00 bucks throughout the reading but had no such issue like a cost program. I looking for a chance to make payments monthly.
