Overtime a windfall for many at Illinois Tollway, Illinois ripping of travelers to pay excessive employee overtime

I also traveled through Illinois while relocating job and state. I lived in a hotel for a month before I found a place for my family and myself. One day I get a letter from Illinois Toll way stating that I owed them for unpaid tolls. Which now tootled over $450, and they will not show any proof and I just have to pay them to get them and the collectors off my back. Its almost like being mugged as you walk down a street but in this case you have to stand there and except it because they have the power of the state behind them.
