Destroyed All Evidence of Return to Avoid Issuing Refund

I placed an online order with this merchant. The clothing items did not fit so I requested to return them back to the merchant for a refund. They have a listed/advertised return policy. That policy was followed to a "T". Additionally, the merchant was made aware that ALL items from the order were on their way back to them for a refund. The return was sent fully insured via UPS. UPS verified that the weight of the return package matched the weight for ALL the items from the order. This return was received and signed for by the merchant. Despite being emailed of the return; despite receiving and signing for the return, the merchant claims they did not receive ALL items. However, instead of conacting myself or UPS, they intentionally destroyed all evidence of the return package to prevent any UP follow up or investigation. UPS advises that due to that action, they are unable to process any claim for the fully insured package. Despite this, the merchant refuses to any acknowledge any responsibility and refuses to issue a refund. Furthermore, they have intentionally refused to respond to dozens of emails and faxes. They falsely advertise their policies; they blatantly lie; they steal; and they have horrible customer service and communication. All consumers should beware!!!
