Ignore that this rip off company will give you a bigger commission. They won't buy the property because they will low ball the bank. Negotiate yourself or let your inhouse negotiator do it. You will have much better luck. Plus, R.O.A.R. Only has 1 reference and they "supposedly" bought 82 properties this year. Yea right. I couldn't even speak to their reference.
