Negotiate your own short sale listings / Stay far away from R.O.A.R

For 16 consecutive days, R.O.A.R. Sent me deceptive emails pretending they were an individual who wanted to purchase my short sale listing. They continued to email me even after I complained three times! Any company that practices such hard selling tactics has got to be a fraud. I know of other realtors (2) that used their services and never will do so again. On both occasions, they tied up the short sale for 6 months and never even came close to a purchase.

Stay away from ROAR.
