Unauthorized charges

A company called onlinebizmareketing, somehow got my bankcard number and my e-mail. They took a $1.95 charge from my checking account on July 7. At first I did not catch this charge. Then a charge for $39.95 was taken on july 17. I first heard of this company because they had taken money from my bank account. They claim to be from Scottsdale, AZ., and there was a phone number on my bank statement.
I called on july 20 they said I had ordered their service. I told them I did not order anything I want my money refunded. She said ok, I was now cancelled and she hung up. I thought I would receive refunds for the $39.95 and the $1.95 but thats not what happened.
I was livid when on August 4 I found they had taken another $129.85.
I called August 5 and new person answers she said I agreed to the monthly monitoring fee of $129.85 and that I should have read the terms and conditions. I asked the terms and conditions of what, I had no idea what the company was about.
I cannot find this company through any means. I live on a small ssi income a month and these people have cost me both stress and money. They are theives! If you know how to find this company or how to get a refund Please let me know..
